RULES FOR THE EURO-OES-SHOW

In order to give all European shows the same quality as much as possible, rules are drafted which minimally have to be obeyed.
Clubs that agree to organize the Euro-Oes-Show, also accept the conditions that have to be met.

The conditions are:

1. The show carries the name 'EURO-OES-SHOW'.
2. The show is organized observing the national kynological rules of the coun­try in which the show is held. If possible the C.­A.C. will be given.
3. As judge for the most important classes will perform the judge who judge the Crufts next year . If more judges are nee­ded, this particu­lar jud­ge will decide by whom he or she wants to be assi­sted.
4. In case of absence or refusal of the Crufts-judge, the judge who has judged for the L.K.A. (Ladies Kennel Association) the previ­ous year will be asked. He or she will then choose the assis­tant-judges.
5. The judges who are judging at the EURO-OES-SHOW are not allo­wed to judge on the continent in the same year between the first of January and the EURO-OES-SHOW.
6. It is strongly recommended that people who are organizing the show, not showing dogs during that show.
7. The following titles will be awarded:
8. Best European OES male
9. Best European OES bitch
10. Etcetera.
11. Entry-forms or information forms are available on January or February or at last the day that Crufts is held. These forms meet the following conditions:-on the forms the acting judges are mentioned.
12. The text on the form is produced in the national language as well (minimal­ly) in English.
13. The show is if possible to be held at Whit sun. The show on Whit Sunday. An eventual kynologic and/or other activities on Saturday befo­re Whit sun.
14. There are Prizes to win : A cup and two scales. The cup for Best of Breed, a scale for best group and a scale for the best reproducers­groep.
15. The prizes stays at the organization. The organizing club takes care
    • for the inscriptions
    • for transporting the flags and the prizes to the club who organize the next show.
16. A catalogue is available for members of the EURO-OES-FORUM.

Rules for the forum.

1. Once a year at the Euro-Oes Show a meeting is arranged, unless reasons oc­cur to meet more frequently.
2. At the meetings are invited the members of the forum. They can accompany them selves with one or two members of the committee of their national club.
3. Decisions are made by consensus of the members of the forum. The members of the commit­tees who are present are entitled to give an advisory vote.
4. At the Euro-oes-show the forum decided which county will organize the show over two years.

In case of withdrawal - for every possible reason whatsoever - the members of the forum will together propose another member.
